Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kinace.
If you are purchasing a personalised item we are unable to accept returns. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non personalised item please contact us within 10 days of purchase.
If you wish to return it:
1. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
2. You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item must be returned using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
